Arron Glysch
Founder & CEO
With over a decade of construction experience, I've led large-scale
projects across state, federal, food and beverage, education,
healthcare, professional sports, and water treatment sectors. My
work has included project management, subcontractor oversight,
logistics coordination, and compliance support on projects up to
$950 million. I've worked directly with engineers, architects, and
agency stakeholders to manage civil, structural, mechanical,
plumbing, and HVAC scopes from concept to closeout.
I launched Cobalt Ridge to provide a trusted, agile partner for
contractors seeking procurement support, SBA-compliant pass-through
services, and front-end construction coordination. My background
combines field-based expertise with executive-level oversight,
ensuring quality, transparency, and reliability.
In addition to my civilian career, I served 12 years in the U.S.
Army as an Infantry Squad Leader between active and reserve,
including a deployment to Afghanistan. That experience honed my
leadership, precision, and accountability — core values that now
define our mission at Cobalt Ridge.
Savannah Glysch
Director of Operations & Development
With over 10 years of leadership experience—including 5 years in
construction and renewable energy—Savannah brings a proven
background in operations, cross-functional team management, and
performance-driven execution. In the healthcare sector, she managed
high-volume clinics across multiple regions, overseeing training,
compliance, and strategic goal setting to elevate underperforming
locations.
In the construction space, she managed solar installation projects
from permitting through execution, acting as a vital link between
engineering, construction, and executive teams. Her hands-on
experience with utility coordination, reporting systems, and supply
chain logistics adds operational depth to the Cobalt Ridge team.
Savannah now oversees strategic growth, partner development, and
internal scaling as the company expands.
Jonathon Jordan
Partner & Chief Financial Advisor
Jonathon Jordan serves as Partner and Chief Financial Advisor for
Cobalt Ridge Contracting, bringing over 16 years of financial
expertise and strategic vision to the team. With a deep
understanding of business planning, capital allocation, and risk
management, Jonathon guides the financial strategy of Cobalt Ridge
to ensure our projects and partnerships are executed with fiscal
responsibility and long-term sustainability.
As a Certified Financial Planner®️ (CFP®️) since 2014 and a
Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®️), Jonathon applies his
experience advising small business owners to the unique demands of
construction, project management, and government contracting. He
focuses on strengthening the financial foundation of Cobalt Ridge so
we can better serve our clients and meet the rigorous standards of
federal, state, and private-sector projects.
Jonathon’s professional philosophy — grounded in integrity, faith,
and service — aligns seamlessly with Cobalt Ridge’s mission to
deliver excellence while being a reliable partner to our clients.
His ability to evaluate opportunities and fortify the financial
health of the company ensures we are positioned to pursue and
deliver complex procurement and construction projects effectively.
Jonathon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from James
Madison University but discovered his true calling in helping
businesses and individuals build secure, resilient futures. Outside
of work, he remains dedicated to his faith, family, and community,
values that inform his approach to both business and life.
Daniel Robinson
Head of Virtual Design & Construction
Daniel Robinson is a seasoned Owner of BIM Bros, LLC, VDC Manager
and Mechanical Designer with over 20 years of experience in
mechanical and plumbing systems, 3D modeling, and BIM coordination.
Specializing in process mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing
infrastructure, Daniel has led detailing, fabrication, and
coordination efforts on a wide range of commercial, industrial, and
municipal projects.
With deep expertise in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, and
reality capture tools, Daniel brings practical, fabrication-focused
insight to digital construction. His background includes direct
field and shop experience with mechanical contractors, giving him a
unique understanding of constructability, spool production, and
installation workflows.
Daniel is known for his ability to streamline coordination
processes, deliver accurate fabrication drawings, and support
construction teams with data-rich, clash-free models. He excels at
bridging the gap between design intent and field execution.
He continues to support contractors and design teams globally,
providing high-quality VDC services that align with schedule, cost,
and installation requirements.
